At 274p, assuming the shares might return to say 250p with no bid, the market is giving only a 50% chance of a bid materialising- fair? Or maybe arbs are staying away because it's a Scottish company?

Auction result out on GEM's website- LSE's RNS service seems to be down at the moment. Smaller quantity offered but high take up and good unit price. Also managed to shift some beryl.
share price down 10% this morning- any ideas why?
Re: Takeover- I think the rising price & volume is why they had to put out the RNS today, but now that it's out it increases the chance of a counterbid. effectively, IOM is in play and available to the highest bidder, providing they are prepared to pay well north of 300p.
