Incompetance bordering on negligence, shame the FCA can't do something about the conduct/competance of Directors. Real shame because under different custodians this may have been a different story.

@Vincentives You might wat to chek the FCA short positions spreadsheet available on the FCA website where you will see that Darwin opened a short of 0.65% on 19th Feb, your right, never listen to any poster certainly not one as informed as yourself!
@Guest TVZ had a DCB just prior to failing, this happens, lucky if you sold before it went out of business, much more realistic to apply the 20% premium. Of course most holders think that the company should be valued at more than it is, unfortunately thats not how the big bad world of business works, any potential buyer will want this as cheap as possible and hold little regard for the PI's no matter how much they want the price to rise. No wonder 90% of PI's lose money!

Anyone who thinks take over at 3.6p is deluded, premium on SP on a good day for takeover is 20%, realistically looking at under 1pps. The share price is where it is for a reason, huge uncertainty in future of coking coal even if all the deals on financing are done we could still be sat on something unprofitable, face facts we gambled and lost.
