as expected no logical analysis of why the stock is worth buying. Lots of nice pictures though.
I must admit that TW is not the most polite and endearing character, but unfortunately people on here play the man not the ball. If you disagree with TW's analysis, can you explain why?? The present NAV of sefton is very, very much less than capitalisation. The deal on the cards should produce profits of around £600k, and that is without paying for it. Even if sefton got the assets for free, it would still be overcapitalised at the present share price.
typical of you lot on here playing the man not the ball. I think the point TW is making is the the grandoise cliams in the previous RNS's are just that grandoise claims. You either believe the RNS issued by WRN or not. One rns states they are not planning to relist now but awaitning a takeover by an overseas company, yet most people on here talk of relisting, so it seems like you lot dont believ the rns's issued by wrn now anyway!!!
fonters have you read the rns - i think they are not relisting - unless you have heard more from dw
so wrn now don't want a stock exchange premium listing which they have been crowing about daily, and wrn shareholders would prefer to swop their shares for shares in a foreign listed company - royjohn, yes, you should be on the board with dw - you could come up with some even better rns's
wrn have said - they are not seeking to relist in the shortterm.
looks like the company is desparate to find some investors. if they had a lot lined up they would have done a share issue with all the 'deals' lined up, to have to seek a takeover by an overseas company to get finance would only be contemplated if there were no alternatives
this company has had it, an rns which contradicts earlier ones, the fact that it will not relist on the main market, the fact that accounts will show very poor finances, it looks like desparation
yes more saddos, as my wife said last night - size is not important!
