Thanks for this, f32. If Maersk's initial costs were 100 and they've achieved a 40% reduction then their current cost is 60. If MSAR delivers a 30% cost reduction this will bring Maersk's costs down to 42 (30% of 60 being 18). Pretty close to Maersk's target of a 60% reduction (i.e. from 100 to 40). Hope I've not missed the point.
