Agree there has been some ramping in the past and it is a volatile share. However the recent price movement up is being driven by actual drilling results that suggest large extensive oil deposits that should be extractable. There's a lot more discussion on the iii.co.uk board.
Anyone confident with short term / intra day trading could have fun buying and shorting this one in a well defined price channel using a 15 minutes time frame. Personally I'm happy to hold as I'm of the opinion that sooner or later one of the big oil players will take them over at a good premium to current prices.
Seems strange there's no discussion going on about recent price uptrend. This is very exciting for those that have been holding shares for a year or so with little action except downward price.

I've made some gains having been long with crude oil over the last week but sold this morning on the bounce switching the gains into REM at this silly low price of 0.88p. Been in since 0.035p and still buying!!
