As long as you do the proper research on this Company, I don't think you can go far wrong.
As for me, I have put the bulk of my investment with TGR (owner of the Itogon lease) as I feel that with the number of shares in issue (just over 9 mill) represents a more favorable return if they release the news we are all hoping for.

As they are 7 hours in front, then midnight here is 0700 over there. They could start drilling at this time, which means I think we may get the 'red spot' when we get up as 7am here is 2pm there.
Looks like an orchestrated delay so the seller can complete before SP changing news is released.

You can find the Tantalum on the mainboard of a computer very easyly. They are the little yellow/orange blocks which hold a Tantalum strip.
Out of the 22.4 mill traded so far today, just over 14 mill are buys.
