Who the buyer was rather..

01:17 05/03/2014

Btw...let's expose rampers like the game who talk nonsense designed to mislead...anyone can find out in seconds that business transactions of up to 1million euros per transaction have been possible from Cyprus since Oct 2013....so any buyer could have paid over monies since then...and they haven't because? Well if we knew how the buyer was we could ask, but, conveniently we don't, so we can't...a bit like IPCM

Welcome to the "off your red rockers" asylum.....the menu served is bs with ever more highly diluted shares for all and a large dollop of more jam tomorrow. As seasoned asylum dwellers know..though most are too far gone to understand or admit....tomorrow never arrives unless you are ABwith your hand deep in the loss making tills of RRR and and the labyrinthine web of related party companies.....today you got more of the the same...we had IPCM and £6.7m windfall...or we didn't...then 250tpd from Colombia....then oh no that was a bad steer from the former management...Greenland sale...and the Cyprus financial crash...Colombia and the mythic Ashmont offer that never quite arrives....and now more.....if you look carefully over Gower Street you will see the RRR crest flying proudly..which is the Bellshit family coat of arms.... A pig with wings leaping over a cash register with a sneaky hand dipping inside....welcome to the asylum...dinner is served....eat your fill and when you've eaten plenty you'll realise you ate nothing...and Andrew Bell has banked his salary, fees, consultancy payments, emoluments etc ...ps and don't trust rampers, .the season of unbridled value destruction is upon us all...jingle bells jingle bells jingle all the way...the only bells that jingle here is jingles effing pay....GLA....oh and when you buy here say good bye to your cash....don't worry jam always tastes better tomorrow

KBC - the last SADC Handbook I can find online is 2012....has it changed? do you have an update for 2014?

14:33 04/03/2014

KBC..Based on what data are you making your assertions?

20:01 03/03/2014

Did you see...a sell at 2.01

no mention of "working days", just days

17:38 03/03/2014

KBC - not sure you are correct. Here is the excerpt from the SADC Legislative Handbook 2012: .......ZEMA shall make its decision regarding the granting of an Environmental Authorisation in accordance with Regulation 21 (see below), within thirty days after receipt of a report from a public hearing or twenty days from the date on which the EIS was originally submitted to ZEMA. 21. 1) ZEMA shall take into account the whole review process and issue a decision letter stating: a) that the project is approved and an Environmental Authorisation will be granted; or b) the project is rejected; or c) the project is approved subject to the developer meeting the stipulated conditions. 22. 1) In issuing its decision letter ZEMA shall, as the case may be: a) provide reasons for any rejections; or b) specify the conditions to be attached, as an Annex to any authorisation licence, permit or permission issued to the developer based on the impact management plan provided in the EIS. The conditions must also include a work programme that provides a schedule for implementation of the conditions. 2) An Annex containing any specified conditions must be signed by the Director. 23. The decision of ZEMA must be communicated to all parties concerned within fifteen days of the decision.

my read of prior RNS' is the hard yards have been done - i am hoping for a straight yes, but expect a yes with conditions the company must meet as it progresses
