SoI, that sounds like a typical Masoud side-step, he 'expected' production in 2012 and 'expected' the sell the dumps 'as is'. PIs take far too much of what he has to say literally to their cost. That's it from me today, catch you tomorrow, hopefully...it's a blue BMR day, break out the bunting!
Thank you for the response SoI, did he indicate what areas he anticipates will require revision, clarification, and further evidence? I'm sure anyone familiar with these application processes will be familiar with the likely requirements...nobody expects a simple yes or no.
SoI, I noted your recent post: "Well I spoke to MA today....I understand that Zema news is due next week or the week after"...this looks to me like you have carefully worded your message, so can I ask you directly, did Masoud actually say in a very clear manner to you that "Zema news is due next week or the week after"? It needs clarifying so you cannot be accused of misleading others.
KBC, is he suggesting that MV is co-ordinating a group of venture capitalists?!? Lord knows what they will want in return if true!!! What happened to the statement, “With the assets we have at Kabwe we could borrow money from anywhere against it. Or get financing from a bug gun in return for offtake agreements.â€, which looks increasingly ludicrous as MA scrambles about to find someone who will lend him a few bob.
Is this the same NatCoalKing who posted 12 months ago: "So we are now in a position where on the one hand Feilong want some or all of what we have at Kabwe, have done almost all of their homework and may well be able to agree terms of a JV/Offtake in the next few weeks. On the other hand are KCM/Vedanta, who are not only interested in some or all of Kabwe, but are very much interested in our copper interests in Chingola, particularly the open pit at Mimbula. Sounds like we could have the scenario where the two companies will have to start making best offers for some/all of what we have, possibly all ending with Vedanta buying the company lock stock and barrel before the Feilong deal is finalised (and the added bonus of getting rid of any headaches BMR's copper involvement is causing them). In this scenario, I can see why the pressure is on Feilong to get their deal done as soon as they can, otherwsie they will lose out. MA may still hold off completing that though if he ultimately wants a deal with Vedanta. Interesting times ahead, that's for sure." ...and yet now we are being fed another load of tripe...
KBC, I haven't seen anything more from dufc/rolex/MA/mudita to back up the ZEMA claims...although if he posts it every week for the next couple of months, he might prove himself to be something of a Nostradamus. Him and weeklynews appear to have been separated at birth.
You see KBC...that's the difference between me and you...I'm always looking to see the good in people!
