another less than inspiring attempt to shore up the SP...will PIs fall for it?
Has anyone arranged to Skype into the ZEMA public meeting? During one of my recent conversations with ZEMA reps, I asked if BMR has to prove financial viability to get approval...perhaps others should ask the same question.
One of the more honest approaches to BMR analysis in the [link] article: "It seems surprising that given the amount of time the company has had to nail down these off take agreements, the management team hasn’t managed to get a contractual agreement." It also points out what I have been saying since the bunting was put out for Hunan...if they take a chunk of BMR it is not going to be pretty for PIs!!!
Good to see a few of the issues I've been raising popping up in different guises on over the weekend, the most interesting being the realisation of the fact that ZEMA will want to see that BMR is financially viable, with the wherewithal to deliver the plans. ZEMA will want to see money in the bank now, not a promise in the future...so could this be a barrier to approval?
In that case Anth, I'm even more surprised that your long liability is over 2p and you haven't seen fit to close it down. Takes all kind I suppose. You side-stepped the 'going concern' issue I see
Well to be candid Anth, if PIs actually asked 'silly questions' and challenged Masoud then perhaps they wouldn't be a part of this disaster! So many opportunities have been and gone for PIs to get a grip of Masoud and make him accountable for his shocking management and time and time again they go giddy with excitement that he is willing to talk to them. The story about him going for a drink with PIs after an AGM illustrates it all...
Razor, any comment about the warrant discount? I know you didn't think it was likely
Strange to see that people think that just because the warrants have now been slashed to 1.25p that they will be (or have been) automatically bought up. It's almost as if they haven't been following the goings on of BMR!
Anth, did you see that the word ‘advanced’ has now been dropped from the alleged off-take discussions…described as ‘advanced’ on the 3rd Feb, but today just ‘continuing’. What does that tell you?
