maybe thee is truth in the rumours? very hard to say.... but UK on shore oil has to be a less risky bet than Peruvian ethanol.
some decent buys as well £5k ish ones in there. somebody setting up another p&d, or some insider knowledge buying in? too risky for me at that price.
