tempted to top up at these low levels... but so much committed there already
i've poured over £6k in to OEX and over 50% down 
oex chart firming up, crossing the moving the average
came out of the opening auction at 940!
was trading at 720, takeover offer is 915
saw the DNO take over RNS today... thought i'd take a punt
