BMD had resigned a couple of weeks ago and he has reduced his holding by 75%, however he has left a platform for a new CEO soon to be announced, new CFO announced, a new director has just arrived Malaysian guy. Big talk of a RTO with a PRODUCING Malaysian oily, and the sale of Kansas to come $1-2m
