from what i can gather a YES vote would mean a placing at a low level and keep the existing board
i know that a NO vote is good 
nervy on the NEW BB vote happening now - LSE guys about to tweet the result yes / no
i think PLUS is oversold now. It was only some accounts suspended. JP Morgan know what PLUS is about. Not that i will be buying.
