morning - yes very drawn out, but its not a straightforward T/O, there is a lot to do. Nuna were nearly liquidated, but have to be refinanced before they can take over WRN. A complex deal, but looking at the deal and the appointments the CO has made recently, this will be huge if all goes to plan.
