Hello Sand - i think the problem WRN have had is that this is a very complex set of deals that they must structure correctly in order to benefit all parties. The merger is a new thing and must be considered. Im happy as i feel that the stock will rise even further than £5 early doors and we should have some shares in the merger co also.
