To be fair to management / senior employees they collectively own about 36% so they already have very significant "skin in the game". In last few weeks we have seen 2 NED's buy over 83k shares which is quite a material outlay
Perhaps the motivation of the very junior analyst at Numis was to pick up some extra cheap shares this week
I think the Playtech deal was unique to a certain set of factors and a point in time which has now passed; I prefer Plus500 to stay independent for now
If people choose to sell on the basis of some paragraphs drafted by a junior analyst at Numis that is up to them; not a strategy I would endorse for long term investing success though
The UK subsidiary / set up has had a root and branch review; agree it is much better to be absolutely sure before onboarding in that entity commences; it seems this will happen in near term
Nothing new in the note from Numis, its about 6 months too late
