The shares were actually issued at 2p for current Directors and 1.5p for a former Director as part of his setllement
I did yes, I suppose they are trying to send a signal that they see an upside from 1.5p soon. Mini spike this am and you can now buy at 0.7p so still a good entry - Its still a yoyo though which is good for trading
