Another amendment, they now have a mcap of £6.4M ! 
ST - to be a bit more precise they are seeking authroty to sell shares to below 50% of PUCF issued shares so they would then not have a controlling interest of PUCF and that would make them an investment company - OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT ANYWAY
ST - Basically from what I understand they had a company that they sold to PUCF in exchange for shares. They own about £15M worth of that company's shares and they have called an EGM to seek authority to sell the shares and realise the value (£15m v M'cap of about £5M) and hence the rise. It will however make them an investment company with a pile of cash and they will then have to find an investment for it to maintain their listing on AIM
Having said that its just cleared 4p!!! lol
ST it is frustrating, we relly need some good production news which isn't going to happen until later this year in my view
