I fear the absolute worst for PVR, i think an independent assessor needs brought in to verify all the claims the company has made. These claims were the basis of everyone's investment. Would be interesting to see the documentation, minutes etc
Can anyone tell me what the company sequa petroleum (barryroe) has done since it was set up? What was the urgency to have it set up in the first place when a shelf company can be set up in a day. It can't have anything to do with barryroe if it's not party to the deal. Looks like a smoke screen to me. Don't see why they would have to announce anything about sequa as I don't recall them announcing sequa as a potential partner in the first place, that was all speculation. Will be interesting to see sequa petroleum barryroes first filed financials when they materialise which I guess won't be until it starts trading
Spuddy I would be very surprised if the shareholders didn't have some control over the salaries of directors

This so called deal hasn't even reached exclusivity so to be honest it doesn't hold much substance in my opinion. I hope for everyone's sake that I am wrong but the whole thing really does reek of smoke and mirrors and a house of cards. I once believed.......
Hi Spuddy, if the farm out is done i cant imagine they would hold back on announcing until a future planned meeting. As we haven't heard anything i dont believe it is done and hence we are in the same position we were in months/years/moons ago. The only good thing would be TOR's resignation. Is Directors remuneration proposed by the Board and approved at a meeting of the shareholders?
