This is from an e-mail reply I received from them when I enquired re. delisting: "The proposed de-listing is still subject to a shareholders vote, after which your shares may be transferred to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). The relevant information will be set out in a circular to shareholders in due course. This will include detailed steps of the processes involved and the options at your disposal."

Good News: Completion Of Phase 2 Development Programme - Lagia Oil Field. 1000 barrels p/day target reached and light oil discovered. As I understand, light oil is easier and cheaper to extract, and fetches higher prices [link]
[link] "US group Anadarko Petroleum has agreed with the government of Mozambique to supply the domestic market with natural gas to be extracted in the Rovuma basin, the group said in a statement issued Thursday in Houston, Texas." This agreement should add value to SacOil's pipeline project to distribute gas from the Rovuma basin. Agreements like this makes the project all the more viable since other distribution methods are way more costly.
Finally, the world is waking up to SAC. This makes SAC /SCL stock hotter than the Alibaba IPO.

Found via Twitter: They've compiled a nice collection of past media stories on Lagia. This should certainly help to give investors a better view of the field's potential. I'm struggling to post the link.
The share price should get a good kick now.
