Morning Breezy, you are undeniably correct my friend. However you read any optimism in to the RNS, the share price is only going one way. The one year chart is in a consistent southerly trajectory and if unchecked will be back in the 1p range. As you say, unbelievable considering the operational progress Leon has made on the various projects. We both said we'd never touch another AIM stock after BHR and look at us 2 numpties chasing the dream here in the wild west again. Kabwe 'should' be transformational, we could do with a few more institutional investors taking interest along with a big mining partner to light a fire under this share. I am down big time with AFC at the moment so like you, pretty fed up. I've just remortgaged for another 11 years and was hoping to be mortgage free by 50. If JLP can do a SOLG or a BMN next year it might still happen. Keep yer chin up my friend, we'll have our day in the sun. All the best idg69
A solid and very positive RNS this week. If they do everything they say they are doing the financials will eventually come good. May be 2019-2020. I'd love to see this come good as we all would, patience is continually being tested but the building blocks are all in place and this company is in a far better place than it was 3-4 years back. Frustration is understandable but I feel positive for the future of this company. it was never going to be an overnight turnaround project. All the best idg69
Evening Breezy, 11 days in sunny Spain - you deserve it my friend, kick back, relax and don't be looking at the share price, it'll still be there when you get back. What is my bail out price? very difficult to answer that one - 15p, 20p, 30p who knows? SOLG went from 2p up to 45p in 18 months so it can be done. JLP have a lot of ducks lined up at the moment and should be a solid profitable company or take over target in years to come. Once profits start to come through this should be a growth share and sustainable in my humble opinion. I don't need any money out for quite a few years so I'll just sit this one out a few more years. AFC are in the doldrums at the moment too, if I could get my capital out of that one with a few quid profit I'll switch over to SXX and leave it there for 5-6 years. All the best my friend and enjoy your holiday. idg69
Is there anybody out there? Despite languishing around the 2.5p level and being 20% down on my average price I feel strangely optimistic about JLP at the moment and I don't know why. LC seams to have a clear goal and a firm footing for moving forward. I don't think we are going to see the share price rocket over night like we did on the Tjate news but a more gradual rise I can see in my crystal ball. I am surprised a bigger player hasn't put in a cheeky offer to buy our IP and technological know how. A little frustrated still but I'll remain patient and see how this plays out in the coming 12 to 18 months. Good luck to anyone listening. idg69
Evening all, dog of an investment - couldn't agree more at this stage in the proceedings. Could be very different in 3 years but feel like I have already wasted 3 years and not sure I want to sit this out much longer.
2.32p oh come on, this is ridiculous, what on earth is going on? Can only think BMR are offloading, Surely no private investor would consider selling up at this stage in the preceedings/
I don't understand the fall back to 2.5p. With the recent good news we should be above 3p and heading back to 4p minimum. This company has and is continuing to make great progress and with over twice the original Kabwe percentage now attributable to JLP we should be on the rise. Any sales are just out of complete frustration at this stage, patience is wearing thin with many.
Would be happy for us to finish on the level today and just tick up quietly every other day would suit me fine. I only caught the last 10 mins of the webcast but it sounded all pretty positive. The money isn't going to roll in overnight but LC is putting the business in a very strong position for 2 to 3 years down the line. I'd be happy to wait that long to see JLP on a really strong footing.
We just need the Zambian Government to green light the change of ownership and then we're off. Can't envisage why they wouldn't. LC appears to have gained their respect and trust so far. Someone needs to lock CB under the stairs tomorrow for the webcast. He might be good behind closed doors in a boardroom but keep him away from the webcast - Let LC take care of things. I could be back in profit before the end of the day - wow! how quick sentiment can change? Good luck Breezy, you and I deserve a change in fortunes. All the best idg69
