Courageous boy Breezy - Have you been taking those brave pills again? I've got a couple of grand in a rainy day fund and I'm hovering over the buy button myself. If I thought I could be in and out and make a few quid I would but I feel this will stagnate here a little while longer. Buying at this price wouldn't effect my average price either - decisions, decisions - not my strong point. What's your stance on the Brexit? In or out?

We appear to be stuck in the mud and going nowhere fast right now. Fundamentals have not changed - if anything they are better now the debt facility is all sorted. Anyone selling now is just out of pure frustration. Patience is spades is required here. I daren't sell up on the off chance the mining license does eventually get granted and the price goes sky high - by that I mean 10-20p.

Bigger than average volume but not shifting from the 3p mark.

I feel for those in AST today. You would have gone to bed last night feeling rather happy with your 5 day gains only to wake up and see the lot has disappeared. Even worse if you bought on the high at 6, 7 & 8p to find it open at under 2p. The markets can quickly dash you on the rocks without warning. JLP appears to have bounced back up off the 2.8p mark which is encouraging. Enjoy the weekend. idg69

It would be good to think the dilution money was going to be used for the ERH payment on announcement of the Tjate license being granted. That really would light a fire under the share price. Must be an absolute nightmare trying to do business (legally) with the South African government under Zuma and his cronies in the DMR. Can you imagine the size of the brown envelopes that get passed around. I was getting twitchy yesterday when it dipped to 2.7. I have funds to top up but I'm scared of over committing. Good luck matey, it has to come good someday doesn't it?

Hi Breezy,

Very little positive sentiment around JLP at the moment. I'm in negative territory now, which I never thought I would be. How quickly things can change.

Pitiful - could not have envisaged we would ever see 2.8p again. Very disappointing.

Evening Breezy, you're spot on - It was the dilution that has spooked the private investors as we weren't expecting any. I had also thought they may and try get both tailings projects into production without debt funding. I hope they have a good reason for the dilution & borrowing i.e. another big tailings project in the pipeline. I've decided to hold off putting any more in at the moment, I have £1,500 on the sidelines but want to keep that as a rainy day fund and don't want to go down the BHR route by throwing all I have at one stock even though this is a different animal. If the Tjate licence comes through in the next 12 months JLP could do an 88E and rocket tenfold in a matter of weeks. If it does, I'll be taking the lot out and have a break from the markets. Have a great Easter weekend and let's see what the future brings. Cheers idg69

The waters are a little choppy at the moment. As much to do with the wider sentiment in the commodities market as it is with the additional dilution. I think we were mislead a little at the last web cast as I understood there would be no more dilution and that finance was offered and on the table but we may not need to tap in to it. I hope big things are happening behind the scenes that we are not yet privy to and we get some groundbreaking news in the coming months. Still holding, a little nervously, but still holding. All the best. idg69
