Breezy, Breezy, Breezy (and jaja) Did we think this day would ever arrive? I think a cool calm head is in order today. There is a lot of excitement in the air (naturally) after such a long wait for the license. Patience really does pay off. It's fantastic to see such a rise but it does attract the nutters who spout off silly figures and get giddy. The good thing is that JLP is much more than just the mining licence, Hernic, ASA and potentially 2-3 other tailings projects all bolster this to be a solid investment moving forward and not just a spike off the back of the licence. Enjoy the day - they don't come along that often. All the best friends, idg69
Hi Breezy, I think you and I will be in a similar predicament once this really starts to rise, and I'm getting more confident that it will be this year too. Looking at the increases some stocks are making there's no reason why JLP can't follow suit once some profits are reported and another couple of tailings projects are secured. If the Tjate license drops then who knows what could happen. 16.4p recovers all my losses on BHR & CPP and then who knows. It will be very difficult to hold my nerve and stay in the game once losses are recouped. This could sail past 16p and well in to the 20's and possibly 30's over 12 to 24 months. My mortgage comes up for renewal in Aug 2018 so I've got time to sit this out and play the long term game. Good luck my friend, we both deserve some. idg69
Hi Jaja, JLP 8 bagging from here would be something to behold - I'd be mortgage free and contemplating retirement, we can dream can't we? I'm staying patient and not going anywhere in 2017. Good look my friend.
XTR & GLR (x2 Colin Bird Companies) both up over 35% today. GLR significantly up year to date from 1.5p to nearly 8p - that's some rise in 2 months. JLP still ticking up a fraction every other day on pretty low volumes which I'm more than happy with.
An interesting start to the week. Unsure as to what is causing the increased volume but not complaining whilst it's heading in the right direction. Come on JLP do your stuff!
Ah ah, I'm not that good - I bought into a coal mine in Mozambique 150 miles from the nearest port with no trains to even get the coal there - that's not what I call good investing! I should have had my bumps feeling going in to that shocker - we live and learn. I still think AFC are a good long term play but better buying in at 10-12p rather than 20-25p. Keep smiling! idg69
Am I glad I sold AFC at 22.5p before Christmas - down 25% today on news of a big placing at 10p. Didn't see that one coming, 12p today, if it drops to 10p when the placing goes through I might just buy back in. That was a real stroke of luck for me.
Good morning Breezy, Have been away on business a few days which is always good for me as it keeps me from watching the share price too closely. I'm getting inspiration from SOLG at the moment 1.9p to nudging 40p in exactly 12 months - it would be quite something if JLP could pull off even half that. Our problem will be when to cash out once the rise starts in earnest - will be a nice problem to have though. When the car industry really goes down the hydrogen fuel cell route (which it will) the demand for platinum will be very high. We just need to start producing some of the stuff now! All the best to you too. idg69
Year to date high close at 4.4p - pretty good. Let's now tick upwards and onwards.
I wish all the outstanding warrants would just be cashed in and we could finally move on without further dilution every 5 minutes. The amounts are negligible in the overall scheme of things but they do affect peoples sentiment towards this share.
