san leon suspended its shares in january sometime. pvr and lansdowne only just over a month ago. i would think the two are entirely unrelated. i think barryroe is a dead duck for whatever reason i don't know. i'm hoping that druid and drombeg along with schulemberg are going to save the day for us. i expect massive dilution but hopefully we will survive.
how can he speak on behalf of so many shareholders?
There will be no special resolution because there will be no-one to support it," Nally said, adding that even if there was enough support to put a motion before shareholders, the motion would "be roundly and soundly defeated".
we owe something like $20 mill and we have no revenue never mind profit. so it is equally unsustainable without a deal being made. strange looking at my dealing account and all the brokers bar none said it was a buy. not just davy's or cantor but numis and other big names. strange also that the suspension happened before the judgement on the day. almost as if they were expecting it. or maybe as sobeit is hinting at it - they are suspended for another reason. gosh am falling deep into this rabbit hole. no one knows what is going on. everything is just speculation i'm afraid. and whatever happens there is precious little i can do about it. as mamms said the shares will go into auction at 7.30 and i won't be able to trade till 8am. by which price the news - good or bad will have been factored into the price. that is if it does come out of suspension. i still think druid and drombeg has to be a game changer. but then i thought barryroe was a good investment! so watch and wait. though it is pretty nerve racking.
As they would have to tell us. So am going to deal with whatever happens when it happens and not before. There is still hope esp with druid and drombeg. And tony will work hard to protect his job. Tho probably sell shareholders down thw
Well surely it doesn't take a month to say no? So hopefully they are at least still talking to a potential partner/lender ?
