People exist before they set up accounts on this board. Not too far fetched to think he came across this info and thought it worth sharing and so set up an account. I know I followed the boards for years before only setting up an account a month ago

Hi JREwing, I know there was nearly a 1.1 billion deal. Not sure if that was dollar euro or sterling, with that Indian company. So valuation is really anyones guess. But its defo a long way from 65 pence sterling. So think with this information that PVR are actually in advanced negotiations or have closed a deal excepting legal work with Sequa I am happy to think that the long suffering small shareholders will have our payoff soon!

Haha thats as rough a share price valuation you can get!

Haha all the short sellers on to try dampen the mood. Could be a bad deal could be a great deal. Who knows! But any deal at all puts this share into triple the price its trading at. 500m/65m shares= 7.69 a share

Not sure what best way is? Seems like a crazy coincidence that an investment fund would start a subsidiary in Ireland with Barryroe in the name and its aim to develop oil fields exactly like Pvr! Think they probably have the company setup as one of the final stages of the agreement!

Bought in again for a small amount. Would regret not doing it if they announce next week. May as well take advantage of the price.

It looks very clear cut that they are about to do a deal. Why else set up the subsidiary company etc. Someone made a mistake putting Barryroe in the name. Big find from Sully

Or PVR can borrow again. First they don't need the whole amount as there is still about three quaters of it in the bank. Second if they were able to borrow last year with no future cash flows surely they can do the same again this year, Its 6 months down the road as yet anyway. Not like its the first of June now and no deal done
