No it shouldn't affect cash position, It will reduce the current liabilities. There may be a potential cash benefit if PVR paid any legal fees which now look like they will be paid by the other side. So possible refund due on some items. Don't think its in the 17m range though
Amazing to read the posts some people put up over the weekend. How Jimmy et al thought that PVR winning this case was a negative and then the slurs on the company ref no disclosure. All proved to be false. Can only think of one reason for their lies. Hope they lose a lot when the sp rockets
Can't wait to see what we open with Monday!!! Good luck to all long time PVR Suffering shareholders!
You can see the despondency most on the board had when no news was announced today. So for this amount of trading to happen makes me think something is at work. Just look at the iseq. Only Irish people buy on the iseq and normally zero trades. I think this must be leaking from solicitors offices etc in Ireland that there is a done deal
Don't think deal is done, but I think that at least we have confirmed that there are real bidders negotiating with PVR. This was something people were doubting on this board two weeks ago. In fact I think some were looking for PVR board to be investigated for fraud!!
I think more and more this is looking like america vs russia and russia are taking a kicking. But for all that I think Providence's position in safe old Ireland is worth something. That and the project still been profitable at 40 dollars.
Just dont think it makes much sense as a conspiracy. I believe its a bit like who shot JR, Its all a dream your having!!
