will be interesting to see if any announcements next week how they are timed, on the day of issue so Darwin can sell into them,

idg69, am in the same boat mate, absolute travesty, this is what happens when Ops people play at business, eaten alive, that death spiral CLN arangement with Darwin has killed this company and the hopes of us pi's, naïvety or incompetence I'm not sure but the end result is the same, the additional 17m that is needed next year is a real concern, basically I think this is stuffed but let's wait and see what next week brings, I have no confidence in the BoD who clearly are puppets now to Darwin.

Darwin have been shifting a few, they can't go over 30% so will be shifting more before the rest hit the market next week.

No, holding reduced due to dilution, still same amount of shares.

Some good posts over on LSE by the guys who attended yesterday's meeting, looks like they are saying this is pretty much finished if you read between the lines, however if the BoD deliver the loco' sand funding we may live to fight another day, next couple of weeks are critical. However that much dilution and more to come any chance of Long Termers seeing a return are probably slim to none, loss limitation play, Darwin will sell into rises and basically control the SP from now on, probably worth trying to trade this. Idg69 - I agree, the BoD and ii's won't stop until they sqeeze out every last drop, surely the FCA should look at companies who lose this much value!

15:26 02/09/2014

Idg69 - This share is an absolute dog, painful watching as we are slowly scammed by our own BoD and the ii's, just awful at the moment, even if we get the funding and the Wagons released what upside then, 0.5 or slightly higher until the commodity price increases, the dimise of BHR I think has been long since planned out, really is tragic!

vin - agreed a very expensive lesson learnt, I will never again invest in the AIM

Vin - This we be laughed out of the Den, can you imagine those pair of t!ts RK and JFJ stood in front of the Dragons, 'right we need £20m investment for no equity, we will give all of the equity away to our ii buddies, we want to use your money to upgrade our washplant so we will just about make a small margin in this depressed market and we will pay you and all of the other creditors back out of profits, we will be able to transport the coal when customs release our wagons because we yet gain f*cked up with the classifications' Dragons together - 'I'm out'

Hi Idg69, I wouldn't jump of a cliff just yet, I'm pretty sure that this is just to meet one of the senior finance covenants, basically to ensure that the BOD don't blow all the funding on non capex items, saying that I don't trust the BoD one little bit, they are good at one thing however and that is driving a shareprice down! Good luck to us all, no quick fixes here unfortuantely!
