do i reckon MA has conned investors by not disclosing that ZEMA approval would be needed to commence production 4 years ago? is that the question? if so then the answer is no, environmental issues have been known about from the get go, in fact those are one of the main reasons for this project in the first place..... and it isn't uncommon for mining operations to have to submit environmental plans
patience.... some of us have other things to do rather than watch this screen minute by minute

bmr's track record of delays etc makes predicting the zema delay even less impressive. i would have though it would be the default assumption
if he told us where it would bottom 6 months in advance id be impressed. telling us its gonna drop when something like ZEMA delay happens is stating the obvious
