how long ZEMA will take in their approval is the current issue. Africans don't tend to be in much of a hurry
don't Zambia have certain arrangements with the world bank contigent on kabwe clean up too? can't remember details off the top of my head
I think ZEMA will have every incentive to approve BMR's plan if they possibly can, the ZG has made the cleanup of kabwe a priority. if they don't let BMR do it it will be years before anyone else does.
if you go before then be a good chap and take a wheelbarrow and a shovel to help with the effort
