Recieved e-mail back from David Brown it says, we are following up with the court through our lawyers as we were never consulted in this matter.We are not actually the party against whom the interdict is being sought,that is government.We are not sure if an application was loged or an interdict granted as it is not clear.The bottom line is that this should not affect our ability to get the licince.We have not been informed as to any studies to be done.
