I get the feeling there are some on here on LGOs books, they keep ramping LGO day in day out, when the only thing LGO has done for most on here is drain their bank accounts.

Not even saying his name but he has achieved his aim? You are all obsessed by him. Think all is quiet here because everyone is away playing the Afren shuffle. Board used to be an interesting read before he caused mischief.

Thank you to John for owning BW! PI's should DYOR but if we didn't get John's excellent perspective because he had filtered BW or just couldn't be bothered to reply, a lot of PIs might get shafted. To some that's just tough but LGO need Pis to go long and support their company. This is by far my best investment to date even though I'm not yet in profit. Thanks again John for your insightful postings, much appreciated.

AIM is a gamble! My gamble with LGO shares will play out over the next few years. It looks like BW's gamble will play out next week and he's trying to hedge his bet?

All this talk about oil going to $30! It might well do or even $25, the important point is how long it would remain at this level? It's only the average that matters to a greater extent. I can't see NR deciding to suspend Capex because of a spot price of oil. I defy anyone on here or in the greater universe to accurately predict the price of oi, I've read that many predictions part of my cerebral cortex has shut down.

I'm relatively new to investing and understand the emotions expressed by many posters on these boards, I have quickly arrived at a conclusion that those that drive down prices can paradoxically help long term investors in a solid, well run company. I only have a small 500K holding but my ambition is to build to over a million shares, so the lower the price the faster my average will come down over time. AIM is a place where shares can be manipulated to make the few rich but can also be a place to provide for those patient enough to DTOR and listen to wise old sages like John.

Another casualty from the crude oil saga. Canadian drilling company in Texas files for bankruptcy. [link]

An interesting read on the myth behind the US shale oil revolution. Possibly written prior to the crude oil crisis, the report did not include the impact of the current crude oil price which, if taken into consideration can further damage the US shale oil revolution. Link: [link]

I bought another 44k today, the sad part is that i am still red and that the only reason i bought was to try and average down so i can get out of this dog, after so many promises in my opinion he has failed to deliver, as soon as i can get out i will be gone and i think a lot of PIs feel the same, just a lot of broken promises.
