If they sell whole stake you get far better money, this is in a masking and giving assets to someone else for peanuts. Rather it woul be ideal if this company is on market
There is if and buts, open your eyes and oppose stubbornly to this move else they will scoop the cream. Its a scam selling 85% stake for 100 million
Perhaps we have some hope as more than half the shares at the moment are held by big investors, so I am hoping that they will want their investment to date to be protected.
By the time you wakeup it will be late, all of us need to get together else lot of trouble ahead
That is bad news Sharemate. We can only hope that the newspaper reports are wrong, and that they will get some sort of farmout to help pay down their debts.
Phonner, you wont get anything this is massive dilution nothing will be left to current shareholders, they are trying to sell whole company in a way. This is a scam beyond visible to naked eye
As far as I understand it new investors are being offered new shares that will make up 85% of the entire shares in issue, at a discount of 11 pence. That will make the number of shares in issue around a billion shares, and they will be priced at 11p, so the shares we have at the moment will be worth 11p when they begin to trade again. So we will have lost 3p since the suspension. So we start again with one billion shares or so, each worth 11p but with one hundred million dollar in the bank. I suppose the investors that are buying the new shares are expecting them to go up, so hopefully that will be the case for all our sakes.
It will be daylight robbery, they are in a way selling company. Why do we need management?
a bit crazy really.someone with a $100 million dollars spare change down the back of the sofa could effectively buy a controlling interest in the company - they would have 85% of the company. effectively own it.
If tomorrow there is trouble to company after fund raise the beneficiaries would be newly allocated shareholders existing ones will be evaporated to thin air, need to oppose stubbornly and demand board to take actions for takeover.
