It's gone beyond comparing PVR with any other company. looking solely at PVR we are screwed if this share issue takes place

Phonner, you are correct, you will not be wiped out, your shares will then be worth 11p. The issue that everyone has is that the upside potential is wiped out. With 1b shares the company would need to be worth 1b for shareholders to see 1pound for thier shares, and many, like me, even with averaging down paid a lot more than that per share. if you bought at 14p you would likely see your money back with this deal and maybe some upside.

Hi Mamms, you also hold the stock and as you said you have averaged it down. If you have seen disaster scenario wouldnt have brought the same applies to all of us or you would have sold before suspension but somewhere u were expecting this to recover this applies to me too. I was being positive because negative you cant acheive much need to face and see how best we can sustain, the assets are good.

From 60million share capital to 800 million sharecapital wow such a great leader, its a strong scenario of in competance; barryroe fiasco which is yet see light with all misleading info. Before we give another opportunity and see disaster better they pull the plug now. We can still get some of the money back now before dilution.

Trust me its almost wipeout, i repeat you get back some of your money if they sell company. Its in disguise they are selling whole lot.

If the current deal on offer goes through the existing shareholders will have around 15% of the shares which is valued at around twenty sometime million dollars if the deal goes through and the shares are priced at 11p. I suppose the point I am wondering about is, do your shares get wiped out, or are they included in the new share capital with each share being worth 11p?
