This is a great find by sull, somehow points towards a done deal! JRE I'm hoping for an announcement anytime soon, latest 1Q15. PVR are due an end of year trading update next week!

For what it's worth, the company registration for Sequa was lodged by McCann Fitzgerald, so that gives further credence to this.

Godot just bought a small amount myself, at least it brings down my average cost (hint of irony there). The documents state exactly what Rayban has posted below, so looking good. Does anyone know if there is any expected/standard time between setting up a company like that and announcing a deal?

Not sure what best way is? Seems like a crazy coincidence that an investment fund would start a subsidiary in Ireland with Barryroe in the name and its aim to develop oil fields exactly like Pvr! Think they probably have the company setup as one of the final stages of the agreement!

Bought in again for a small amount. Would regret not doing it if they announce next week. May as well take advantage of the price.
