STOW: imo you only have to look and listen to rsr to have feeling all this training, compliance, box ticking, regulatory stuff, safety, certificates etc etc is something he would be good at. hopefully just as well..

I know folks dont see rsr as the sort to rolls his sleeves up and be hands on at the pumps so to speak but i have a feeling his business acumen is very good and this is his chance to prove himself. he was obviously confident enough to come in to a company that was in dire straits and thinks he can turn it around so good luck to him
