I have remained positive about QPP since last Tuesday bit I must admit I am becoming ever more sceptical. No rebound in SP on publication of their rebuttal and the lack of a NY office is of concern. Try to look at the positives but that one point just seems to ring alarm bells for me. I could get out now and not incur any losses or hope that it gains strength again. But I am concerned it won't
