Having visited this DB so many times since first investing in the Company earlier in the year, it strikes me that most, if not all, the regular posters are Private Investors who, like me, are in it purely for long-term capital appreciation (in my particular case, my various holding accounts - ISAs, Sipp, & nominee trading accounts - include the word 'mortgage' as part of the password to remind me that they exist to hopefully pay off my mortgage in 4 years time, at which point the shares will need to be priced at at least £1 to do so). So. Why the interest, worry, and hype in day-to-day news and effect?
