If we still think it WILL happen, and nothing has changed since sp of 45 to suggest it won't, then face facts that the shorters haven't done this because they don't believe in QPP, they have done it to simply make money. Once they have their millions, they won't care if QPP hits £2, it's irrelevant to them, this could be any share.
