Why issue options at 0.66 if massive dilution on the way - makes no sence. Expect this to rise above that level quite quickly

at 8 am this morning i thought the market had taken the rns quite well - how wrong i was - at one point could have sold out for 0.69 - what a poor decision that was not to execute.....

does anyone even take notice of these anymore?
