Hi Breezy, Thanks for the update. We have loads of outstanding warrants which will be exercised over the next year or so. We'll end up having over 1 billion shares when all the extra shares are finally out in the marketplace. I'll bet Darwin are the holders of the warrants from when JLP got in to bed with them in 2013/2014. It's the kind of thing they would have insisted on when lending to JLP - it smacks of the old BHR days but thankfully not to the same extent. I made a small profit on UBI buying at 92p and selling around 110p but couldn't have foreseen todays massive drop - yes I'm glad I'm out. It's a shame as it's a company with great technology and potential but can't realise that potential. They were supposed to be the next big Cambridge Technology company. It just goes to show what a gamble shares can be. All the best, idg69
