These outstanding warrants are a pain. Whilst they aren't huge in percentage terms they do pull the share price back when ever they are called in. Whilst the money goes into the JLP coffers it is yet more dilution and shareholders don't like dilution. It wouldn't surprise me if these warrants were linked to Darwin from when JLP got involved with them in 2013. Darwin are parasites and from experience with BHR they cause share price havoc wherever they go. JLP must have been really desperate to get involved with them and I for one am delighted they are out of the picture.
