TOR commented at AGM that very unlikely to see an offer of below 5 pounds accepted by company as this is where a lot of investors i.e. big players had originally bought shares. Also mentioned the interest from Frence Oil company in a buy out turned down as the offer in excess of three Euros not of interest. Agree with you desperate that things will turn around here.
