You do realise that BRCI issued one million new 1p shares on the 22nd June at 81p. See LSE news for BRCI. "The Company announces that today it issued one million new ordinary shares of 1p each for cash, at a price of 81.0 pence per share,...". Not sure what effect this has on price but in October the shares were trading a around 119p.
