Result of Annual General Meeting Armadale, the AIM quoted investment company focused on natural resource projects in Africa, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were duly passed at the Company?s Annual General Meeting held earlier today. Consolidation of issued share capital Following approval by shareholders of a 1 for 150 consolidation exercise, the entire issued share capital in the Company will commence trading on AIM on the consolidated basis with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday 23 June 2015. The total number of shares in issue is now 42,260,533 Ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. The above figure of 42,260,533 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
