for AFR the most believable fair values estimates, post dilution, come out at 5 - 10p share, so 3p seems oversold. However its got to make AFR a really cheap takeover target. Bondholders are getting to get a shed load of cheap equity and I'm sure will be more than happy to sell on that equity for a quick buck to somebody looking for cheap oil assets.
