I am not as well researched as many and sometimes struggle to understand the terminology but here is what I do know. 1. The company is sitting on a considerable resource; depressed iron ore prices at the moment but that's just a world economy thing. 2. The resource is high grade and therefore will be sought after. 3. The company now have access to get their goods to market; no good having a resource you can't get to a port I matter how valuable it is. 4. Mittal has an interest in the company even if it is not direct. 5. Directors want to make more than 11p per share. 5. Big shareholders want big eventual rewards. A share I'm sitting on but would still be more comfortable with it at 3p
