so 8.2m of the 11.2m mcap is "new shares", leaving current holders accounting for 3m of the proposed new Mcap.
estimated mcap of new deal = £11.2m
336136132 x 2p = £6.7m shares and £1.5m cash = £8.2m
OCT are paying 1.5m cash (raised by subscription) and 336,136,132 Consideration Shares at a price of 2p per share for the acquisition of GIS
hard to work out the numbers
Me neither SAND. IF I understand this correctly they are going to consolidate shares on a 11:1 basis and new shares issued at 2p so therefore equivalent value at todays non consolidated position should be 0.18 p ??? I have NO idea if this is how it works but if it holds above 0.2p its a good sign but usually consolidation hits hares pretty badly from the few ive seen so its a play as to what people think of the GIS takeover which Im sure longterm will be good but maybe a bit choppy short term?
not very pleased with OCT's transformation
not sure on timescales though but chart looks promising - if 1.2 goes then things could get interesting
