no they just gatecrash our bed, but do go back to sleep most of the time until 7am
St - Been there done that and don't envy you ! lol I used to take them downstairs, put a video on (Sorry DVD nowadays !) and go back to bed 
prost if you have an office at home, i think the lamp would make a good office light for the day

so i shall do 1 hour or so in the morning
at about 5am this morning, i was browsing the web looknig for sad light side effects - someone noted maybe best not to use it in the evenings
i had on yesterday evening in the lounge, and i woke at 4am this morning and didnt get back to sleep
awake at 5am most mornings - either by the 3year old or 5 year old
