Rule 5.6 is clear. A private Company takes a public Company over to Bypass a lenghty process of going public. Only CPS would make sense and if so - there is value that is for sure and it makes even sense.

Trade of almost 2 Mio shs. at £ 0.58. From my Point of view, it cannot be a Transaction of today, it may have been a reporting of a fixed Settlement. What I think is going on here is an acquisition of some Kind paid by Shares of WRN. I personally think, whatever Report Comes out, should be bullish and not visa versa.
