just read FT small caps article 4 th june saying ROI still have a seperate fraud case v Ridlama ( spelling) holding co re the licence issues.

From last post ithink you will find the claim is based on loss of profits over expected mine life and extraction volumes of good graded coal.The majority of development work and yorg quality analysis is completed with only an efficient distribution/rail system to be co firmed.
